Orders placed before 20:00 CET (GMT+01:00) are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Please note: Processing times may vary during high-demand periods such as holidays or promotions.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties, VAT, or other local taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse to pay applicable import fees and the package is returned to us, LumaBulb reserves the right to deduct return shipping and handling fees from your refund.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, reshipment costs will be charged to the customer.
If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier but you did not receive it, please contact the courier directly. LumaBulb is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if it has not arrived within 14 days after the expected delivery date, please contact info@lumabulb.com immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
LumaBulb is not responsible for delays or losses due to:

7. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
